Store was chaos and the staff was disgusting and RUDE. The sections were dirty and things thrown everywhere with no one in site to fix it. Staff could care less about helping you and roll their eyes when you finally find them to ask a question. NEVER AGAIN!

Currently here at 9:40 on a Monday. Target is no longer the high end place it use to be. Boxes and carts everywhere, you can’t shop effortlessly. Also only one checkout line, self checkout is closed.

It looked like a tornado had just gone through. This needs to be corrected. It used to be a very nice clean store. I wish I had pictures but I don’t. If the store is still in this condition the next time I’m in there I will definitely take some pictures and send them on to the compliant department!

This is probably the worst Target I have ever been in, and unfortunately it’s the only one near our house. A lot of messy and understocked areas, only 1 checkout open plus a few self checkouts. The merchandise layout is very haphazard. Hopefully this store gets new management and hires more employees.

Manager sucks. Lindsey gets distracted and doesn’t answer when her employees needs her assistance. dealt with her and she was very very rude.

Our Burlington Target has just gone down hill. Since 2023, there are always clothing strewn across the floors, there’s so much left unstocked, and aisles are filled with large carts that employees are restocking or they just sit there. It used to be a self care trip to just get your drink and walk around Target, now it is a chore. Clean it up Target.

Target is in great need of being restored to its former glory where we used to love shopping there. I have actually wondered if they will be able to stay in business with how far they have declined over the past five years.

This store is always a mess!! Ive finally come to terms i wont be coming back. Been several times and stuff is just everywhere and all over the floors. Has to be the worst Ive been to. Get it together seriously!!!

The store is normally well stocked. I really like shopping here but today i was bummed because there was no more mango spears. I was completely disappointed.

The drive up here is ridiculous. This is the only Target that brings one order at a time. Absolutely ridiculous.

We moved to NC this year, and one of the big considerations for where we built it house, is it needed to be near a target for my wife. While this store seems new(ish) and large, apparently management is horrible. My wife said she may need to start going to Walmart(which she hates) because this target always looks like the employees(and management) don't care at all. There is always stuff thrown all over the place with nothing put away. During back to school(when we moved into our new house), we chalked it up to the hectic nature of back to school, but it just seems to always be horrible.
This is truly sad, because my wife used to prefer target for many products and just how nice most of the stores usually were.
