HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY 11/20/2023. I came in with my mom today, hoping to buy matching PJs for both of my kids. I had my 2 year old with me who obviously being a child wanted to run around. He went to the display window and I chased after him but I couldn’t really fit between the rack and the wall so I had to squeeze through. He went back again a second time and THIS time the STORE MANAGER literally YELLED at my 2 year old, “CAN YOU GET OUT- GET OUT OF THERE”, then when she realized I was there changed her tone completely then asked me to move my son. I completely get the safety issues regarding the displays however, THERE IS A WAY TO CONDUCT YOURSELF WHEN YOU WORK RETAIL. Not only that but as a PERSON. You don’t yell at other people’s kids. You talk to the parent. I would give this place zero stars for lack of basic training on customer service. Shame on you.

I ordered some jeans from childrens place and they sent it through lasership and it was never delivered. I was home in my living room right in front of the door and no one came by at 7:30pm nor did my ring camera go off on my porch. I want a refund. I have already reported this to BBB to look into criminial acts with the employee of lasership and children’s place. Children's place needs to refund my money and make the complaint with lasership. Children Place will not resolve the issue. They are saying it's not their responsibility for the package to be delivered. That once it left the building its the shipping place responsibility. They will not refund me. They will not help me in anyway.Thank you,Alisa Compton-Hiatt

We came to this store on 1/28/23 at 2:30pm, when we walked in there were about 4 workers behind the counter on their cellphones, they just stared at us as we walked in and didn’t even bother to help us the whole time we were there. When we walked out they just stood behind the counter and stared at us leaving and then turned to each other and seemed to be talking about us as we left. HORRIBLE customer service, I will not be coming back, management needs to handle this immediately.

Terrible service!!! If you don't have your receipt, they don't accept the clothes back that weren't the correct size. I think this is the only store where they can't find your receipt with your card, phone number or email, as many other stores do. They didn't offer any other solution!

Placed an online order and had it delivered here. I never received a confirmation email or call that it arrived. I finally received a message stating they were sending the order back if I did not pick it up. The clothes are cheap, scratchy material. They have all shrunk so much in the laundry that none of it can be worn. Waste of money. I will never support this company again.

My favorite store in Burlington. I can always find amazing deals for my little girl and the quality is amazing for the affordable price point. I’ve always had very positive interactions with the staff as well. They are super helpful!

The selection was a bit small but the clothes were nice and they had several good sales. All of the sales people were all very nice and offered assistance.

Peyton is the most arrogant person I have ever met. Instead of actually doing her job she just says it can’t be done. Someone needs some serious retraining.
