Wave car wash is the best I use it all the time. Allen a manager at the Burlington location is a great manager. The Graham location is also one of the best all are very friendly .

Love this car wash! So convenient with the vacuum, towels, etc! Glad they brought back the cheaper wash! All the staff are great! Tyson has been very helpful each time we go!!

Updated review. I received a call from Allen who is the manager at this location. Apparently, someone gave me the wrong information previously about the price changes. I think I will consider renewal since Allen advised me that I was grandfathered in under the $24.99 plan.

Allen (General Manager) was very professional with excellent customer service skills. Every time I need a vacuum fixed whether it was slow suction or clogged with trash, he never complains. One of the more expensive car washes in town, but has free vacuums, and a floor mat cleaner (for people who purchase a car wash). It did a fairly decent job, my car was DEFINITELY cleaner than any other car wash I've been to in the Graham, Mebane, Burlington area. However it didn't get it spotless. There's still some stubborn dirt on my trunk and roof. Overall very pleased with this place, 10/10 would go again. Very highly considering their wash package.

NOT FOR THE WORKING MAN! This car wash turned me down would not wash my truck because I have a ladder rack. I've been thru here before but the last time I went they told me I couldn't go thru even though my truck and ladder rack was under the height limit. The manager did not give me an explanation either just that I couldn't get my truck washed EVEN IF I REMOVED MY LADDER!! Even though I've been thru there several times before. Good thing I didn't purchase a membership or I would've been cheated out of my money don't go here go somewhere else. Horrible service and even leaves spots all over your vehicle not worth $20. It's a rip off!!! Lil Donnie does a better job go there

Nice car wash the staff has always been friendly and the wash over all does a good job. I’m glad they changed backed to offer the regular wash without the tire shine I was not a big fan of it due to it getting all over your wheels. I would recommend the wave 100percent

Love this place. It does advertise a 3-minute car wash. I can say that I have never had a 3 min car wash, but I have never gotten the highest package. I have always gotten the middle of the line package. It does not say that the package changes the time, but I would assume so. For the middle of the line, it is around 1 min and 30 seconds.They have a floor mat vacuum machine you can feed the floor mat through. They have degreaser sprays and window cleaner for your use after you go through the car wash. The vacuums have great suction and the lines have a ton of reach. Well worth the price. If I washed my car more, I would do the monthly package that is all-inclusive.
