So I’ve been taking my animals here for about 9+ years. My oldest dog was in recently to have her foot looked at, I dropped her off at 7:30am. Vet called me around 1 to discuss treatment options. I asked when I could pick her back up and Vet said someone would call me….NO ONE EVER DID. So at 515 I left work in Greensboro and raced to the office to pick her up. Once I get there they don’t have all the meds ready I had discussed with vet earlier. So I agree to send a friend to get the meds the next day. So they then go get my dog, with the wrong leash on. So they go back and leave me holding my dog. Well obviously no one had let her out for hours because she then urinates in the floor, so I rush her outside to finish and it’s obvious her bladder was FULL. So I leave and the next morning around 10 the office calls to ask if I want the full prescription filled or part of it and call the rest into Chewy like last time. I agree and they said they’ll call me when it’s ready. Well at 5:30 I realize they never called me back to let me know, I was busy ar work. So I call the office back and let them know. And while on the phone I let them know I wasn’t happy that for 2 days in a row I was told they would call me and never did. So I then ask if a manager could call me. I was told they weren’t there now and it would have to be the next day. That was 2 weeks ago and NO ONE EVER called and the prescription to Chewy never got called in. I work in healthcare and patient care. If I told my patient multiple times I’d call and didn’t, my boss would be VERY unhappy with me. I’m at the point of finding a new vet for my 2 dogs. I understand being short staffed, but office was for over a year but we didn’t let patient care slack. I’m upset and disappointed, I’ve tried to be nice and understanding and I’ve let other things go and not said anything. But this is RIDICULOUS!!!!

A time or 2 Missy or Max needed to be seen & they got them in & we really appreciated that! They really seem to care about our precious babies! Missy is no long with us but we still have Max & recently got Ellie! We needed to make sure Ellie was ok, we weren't sure every thing was done before we got her! She is now free of fleas & worms!

Thank you Town N Country for such a positive experience for our sweet Molly girl! Surgery is never a mind easing thing, but you guys did everything to make her comfortable and help us be ready to take care of her when she arrived back home.

I love this practice. The staff here are knowledgeable and care so much for the animals. When my kitten, Pippi, came in extremely sick Dr. Horne, Samantha, and Amanda did everything they could to help her. They helped with medicine and emotional support. My sweet baby wouldn't still be around without them. Ana at the front desk was so kind and checked up on Pippi, too. They go above and beyond and spend time to talk you through everything. I highly recommend them. They treat the animals as if they were their own fur babies.

While we were recently in Indonesia our sweet dog Sophie suffered from heart failure and was near death. Dr. Bolynn saved her life and Sophie is feeling really well now. Dr. Bolynn provided excellent care and even texted us personally from my mother’s phone to update us while we were halfway around the world. We are forever indebted to Dr. Bolynn and her team at Town and Country!

Friendly staff, calm environment, my dog is a big "scaredy cat", but he is always so calm and smiling during his exam.

Our Shorty was very sick and would not have made it through the night without the care of Dr. King and staff. Dr. King and her staff are always kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The care our pets are given at Town and Country can’t be best!

I had to take my cat there two weeks ago. She was lethargic and not eating. I tried 5 different vets in Greensboro (including our usual vet), but none had any availability. Town N Country Animal Hospital was able to squeeze her in that same day as a drop off patient.Dr. Horn called me several times throughout the day to keep me updated as to her situation. After some lab work, it turns out she had pancreatitis. I was given medication, very clear instructions as to how to administer the medication, and a follow up the next week to check her liver enzyme levels.I ended up taking her to both locations, and the staff couldn't have been more nicer or accommodating. They have my highest recommendations for saving my baby's life.

We were referred to this vet by several friends. My older dog hated going to the previous vets office. The first time we went was bc my lab had injured her neck. Despite being injured and hating the previous vet she ran in so excited to this vets office. She loves it here and the staff is awesome. We have also taken our kids guinea pig to the vets. The vets are so patient and answered all of my sons questions about his guinea pig.
