  Their website says they are open every day, so we took our dog and when we got there, they are only open six hours one day a week. We've been paying for their insurance for years and can't get in. Tractor Supply says they are not really affiliated with them, but it sure makes Tractor Supply look bad. This is a sickening disregard for pet owners. I want A BIG DISCOUNT for this behavior. 😡

  Don't shop at tractor supply anymore. Looks like they just turned woke. This is unbelievable because almost all of their customer base is conservative and they just became woke. Look it up

  Don't go here if it's raining went there today to get propane apparently they don't do things in the rain the told us they don't mess with it in the rain but that's ok I just won't go there anymore plenty of other places to get things done even if it's raining. That shows they no longer care what customers think the reply to my review is very generic and probably automated

  I buy alot of cattle feed and supplies from this store. The parking lot is a pain but they have a good selection of feeds and supplements. That is not the problem though. Was in the store 6-4-2024 at about 4pm. The woman at the checkout was the most rude person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Only said cash or card. I had to ask to put my loyalty number in. Most times your folks will key it in for you. She didn't say How are you, thank you, or kiss my a##. She had very short white hair and name tag started with L. Miserable person. Not sure if I will ever be back.

  I’ve been there two times to use the pet wash station and it seems every time I go the person in the front desk says it’s closed for the day. One time I understand but that’s two times and then they can’t even explain why it’s closed! What’s the point of offering pet wash station if the employees never want to open it I just hope it’s not because of laziness!

  Had an awful customer service experience today in this store. One extremely rude staff member with the name tag “Steve” greeted us when we were attempting to wash our dog for the 9.99 “Do it Yourself” deal. Instead of a “hello how can I help you?” We were greeted with a snotty, almost disgusted remark from Steve. He said “did you pay for it yet.” “You have to pay first and it’s gonna be over an hour wait.” We were more than happy to wait the hour considering our dog can’t fit in the tub we have and this is our only way to wash him currently. So we walk back up, pay for the dog wash, and Steve from behind the counter says “I tried to tell them it was an hour wait”, once again in a snarky and disgusted attitude towards your customers. We ignored him and went to the waiting area to wait to wash our dog, and while we were waiting we decided to look around for a new dog harness while we had the hour to spare. We find a good one, Sarah rang us up and was very kind and polite with us. We walked back to the waiting area with our new harness and began to wait. Within 30 seconds Steve was back, and was heckling us for a receipt when we literally just walked from the counter after being rang up. His exact words were “Did you pay for it first” “where’s your receipt?” “I’m gonna go double check before you can go anywhere.” All of this was said with just the most snarky, disgusted, and vile attitude as if we were automatically doing something wrong. I’ve worked in customer service for 6 years now and I understand you need to prevent loss but you can never speak to a customer that way. Especially in retail, and especially when you have zero evidence of wrongdoing. Steve eventually came to us with a card for a free dog wash and apologized while we were washing our dog, so that does help a little but we are still extremely disappointed in the service we received today. Came to get a dog wash and got heckled instead.

  We were traveling and needed to give our dogs a bath. Stopped at this Tractor Supply to use pet wash station. The clerk told us wash couldn’t be used because two large dogs had just been washed and it takes 3 hours to clean up after them. Really? I’m sure this kid hasn’t cleaned anything in his life for 3 hours!!! He said he didn’t have time to clean it because it was just him and his manager there working. Hmmm??? That’s weird because I counted 4 other tractor supply associates walking around the store. Sorry customer service and employee! I go to the Tractor Supply in my town frequently and have never been given the run around. They are always helpful! Wouldn’t recommend this store!!!

  Huge variety! Great pet section. This is the only place we buy our dog food. Employees are always kind and helpful. Store is also a nice size, we don't have to walk 10 acres to get what we need.
