An absolutely worthless bank and bank manager. Terrible interest rate and low intelligence employees that don’t know how to help customers or service accounts. They have no accountability for anything. I do not recommend this bank.

I have been a member of Truliant since 1985 all of these people are special to me. They are kind, professional and efficient and I never lack for anything. They go above and beyond in making me and my business successful. Shout out to Tran, Melissa, Lisa, the girls in Graham and Jami! Way to go TFCU!

The employees are all friendly and courteous. This Branch seems easy to access. Never seems overly busy. I can always get in and get out in a timely manner.

After being with Truliant for only 2mths, I left n closed my account.Reasons: 1)If u live paycheck to paycheck like me, then this is not for u. Unexpected happens with charges. They always allow charges through. That's how they made $112 off me. 2) I disputed a charge with them and they gave me the amount of the chargeback and will not give the overdraft fee back until the situation is proven to be valid. Understandable. I received a valid confirmation from Truliant 6 days ago. (I had closed my account a wk prior) They did not return to me the $28 fee. Instead claimed it was a Netflix overdraft charge they returned. No, they didn't. They kept it.3) (On the app for Truliant) The checking account takes from 1-2wks for the charges to show up as the money subtracted from your overall availability, even though the charges are shown on the account the days I used my debit card.Now while some will say," Well you should have kept track of your spending". Yes n no. Any other checking account I have had, in the last 25yrs, has never done this. The charge shown up on your account is deducted then(Not available), not 1-2wks later.This is my experience with Truliant Federal Credit Union, in 2mths.I will never bank with this company again.

I love the staff at Truliant. Everyone is friendly and courteous. They always acknowledge me with a smile and go out of their way to provide quality customer service...all while doing it with a smile.
