I brought in well packaged glassware to ship (each piece bubble wrapped) and purchased insurance. UPS packaged the glasses. On receipt, one was broken. I went to the website to file a claim and it said I had to go the store. I did and the clerks said only the manager could file a claim and she only worked there part time. Come back later they told me. I did through heavy traffic. The manager was not able to assure me the claim would be honored and wasn't able to say why or why not. She said I should have had the gift recipient take photos of the all the corners of the box. THAT was NEVER told me. If It had been, I would have had the glassware shipped from someplace else.

I had an Amazon return. I was not told I required a box to ship it in nor did I have one at home. I swing by on my way to work, lines not too long. When I get to the associate, I present my code, she scans it, THEN tells me I need a box, which should have been covered under the return. I ended up paying nearly $20 for a box just so I could do the return and make it to work on time.

Love love love this store, and what makes it the best ??? Are the competent staff … Always have been , and always will be … Kathy .store mgr. has such great rappor with everyone .. she will help in anyway she can .. and not a staff member that doesn’t know their job .. feel confident in entering this business .. if u don’t know ?They will ! I promise ! Pat Mc.. As I age I have needed more help because I don’t understand many things , they have never let me down , always there to help me understand things .. Great with seniors! Thankyou !
