They called me and were helpful in making sure that I received my pacakge because the place I receive my packages was closed and they wanted to make sure that they forwarded to the correct address.

Never had issues always friendly. They are just doing their best, being short staffed like everyone else. People are too negative when everything isn't perfect should be ashamed!
