-5 stars would be more appropriate. Packages say they're delivered but can't be found anywhere. Can't actually talk to the office because the AI gives you the run around and just tells you to use the app. Packages scheduled for pickup say they are picked up but actually aren't. Mail lady is always on the phone and rude when you try to ask any sort of question. Mail from months prior gets delivered or held without any type of communication that they have the mail. All of this has happened multiple times over the years. This location needs to be shut down, just a waste of tax payer money at this rate.

This post office is unbelievable they always mess up my deliveries I’ve never had this kind of trouble from any other delivery service and when they mess up my delivery I have to call 4-5 times for them to ever fix it it’s frustrating and Im tired of it I almost want to move just to get away from this post office I’ve had to get my stuff delivered to another address of a friend just because of how bad this place screws up deliveries they either put it in the wrong mailbox or they don’t deliver it for some made up reason

Horrible service, said my package was delivered in mail box, it wasn't anywhere to be found. Called them to report problem, it sent me on a 5 minute journey to nowhere, calling the DC office to complain. Funny. Seems like every in Burlington is complaining on here.

I prefer the Haw River and N Church locations best as they at least seem to care. As for the overall “delivery” experience, they’re pretty bad. Many times our mail comes 7 or 8pm if at all.

I have been leaving messages for our carrier that the key he placed in my box for the package box doesn't work. Instead of moving or fixing he just placed new mail on top of note and left the same key. I haven't been able to get my package for over a week now. And that local number doesn't work.

My apt mailbox was being replaced and mail was being refused and held at post office. Attempted to put a hold on mail in person and had all my shit sent back. They asked why I made such a fuss over a small package.

The delivery people don't even try to deliver they just leave the notice and drive off - I watched as the driver didn't even come up to the house. This has happened many times. Redelivery form is a joke, calling is an exercise in futility, trying to find the package etc. Totally useless.

They called me and were helpful in making sure that I received my pacakge because the place I receive my packages was closed and they wanted to make sure that they forwarded to the correct address.

I had a package that needed a prepaid label, but some lady there told me that unfortunately they don't have a printer and that I had to go to the library or somewhere else to get my printed label but my package had to be delivered that same day and they soon to close so I had no option to pay again for the tracking and everything. I wasn't a good experience for my first time going there

I had a package coming from Canada. I took a day off from work because it required a signature. The driver didn't even knock on the door and said it was undeliverable. I try to schedule a redelivery, but the tracking numbers don't match because it is from Canada. All this after I paid extra for priority shipping and the package is two days later than they said. The USPS has always, and continues to be, wholly inadequate compared to UPS or FedEx-- not only with the lateness of packages, but also the employees they hire. It's extremely frustrating and not my only experience like this.
