The customer service we received from William was amazing. From the first time calling the store to ask a question, to meeting him to get our new phones. He walked us through everything, you can definitely tell he has the best interest for his customers in mind. We couldn't be more grateful!

Micha at the Verizon store on Huffman mill Rd in Burlington was wonderful! He got me in and out quickly in addition to giving top notch customer service. He answered every question with confidence and made my transition to a new device as smooth as possible. I stand strong that this location has to most professional and helpful employees.

So grateful to Jonathan for his expertise in restoring our confidence in Verizon after a bad experience at another store. We were blessed by his patience and diligence in solving the problem. I purchased a phone for my granddaughter yesterday. They found the best price and plan. I worked with Ian, who went to his car for gift wrap to personally wrap the phone. Great experience!

Justin Napier at the Verizon on Huffman Mill Road in Burlington was so patient and helpful today! I’ve had issues with billing and he remained on the line with customer service advocating for me for over an hour trying to help with a fee that was charged and shouldn’t have been. He was able to help me get this credited and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate his willingness to help and not just pass me off to customer service. If you need anything Verizon related, you need to see Justin! Thank you!

Thank God for Bradley Shuford! I had a church event the Usher bored anniversary 99 years and had trouble with my group text. He took the time to help me with my Church event and afterwards traded in my broken phone for a great deal, I love this store. Terrence also assisted in helping make sure if I needed anything to drink and making sure I was taken care of. Thank you guys!

Excellent experience switching from AT&T to Verizon with Ryan. Was able to setup appointment prior to traveling to the store and had seamless process porting numbers.

Brad is unhelpful and untrustworthy. He withholds information from customers and is very rude when trying to help you. Dont go to this store.
