Super disappointed with how this worker treated me. I had gotten a message saying that they were ready for me to come pick up my new iphone, then coming into the store this lady who’s name I don’t know but she was a black lady, she wasn’t very nice from the start and made hand gestures that weren’t very nice. I don’t think this is how your employees should be treating their customers.

I literally have a defected phone , got a replacement and having still issues with the same phone brand. I've gone to verizon multiple times they cannot help me. I want them to waive my 30days because this is ridiculous I will not "payoff" a brand new phone in order to get another one when it's a manufacturer problem . If they cannot help I will switch companies . I just want a different phone that works . I will not be wasting my money on something that has faulty issues .

Curbside pickup? Maybe not, employees do not bring your device(s) you choose the curbside option. On several occasions I've waited as instructed only to end up walking in. I don't mind walking in, but please don't offer a service that's not given.

Let me start off as this is my 3rd great experience with this location. We came into Verizon to do an upgrade and Caeven helped us! Unfortunately half way through we found out that the $1000 trade in deal was only if you do the upgrade online yourself. Verizon corporate would not honor it in store, which they should change. Caeven, even though he wasn’t getting any commission still walked me through the entire process online so we could get the bigger promotion. He didn’t have to, he wasn’t making any money off of us, but he still helped. Thank you!The time before this, we saw Cesar for an upgrade and that was also a great experience.I will definitely be back to this store again!

Worst experience so far ordered 4 phones order was completed and finalized by 12:30pm it is now 10:45pm store still shows pending. Store says call customer service , customer service says they can’t help. How hard is it for corporate store manager to see order go to drawer pull out phones but in bag and hand them to u? Never had problem in high point or Winston Salem or Thomasville. Verizon this is unacceptable

Filed insurance claim for new phone and was told by one store employee that i could bring new phone in for free data transfer. However when i went to store they tried to charge me $30 and swore they charge everyone and its policy. Both employees were very rude through whole transaction. So i went to graham store to see if i could get any help. While there, they informed me that they arent suppose to charge when its insurance claim. Needless to say i walked out of the graham store with data transferred, no charge, and actually got quality customer service! Stay as far away from the store in alamance crossing as possible if you want any kind of customer service
