Let me start off as this is my 3rd great experience with this location. We came into Verizon to do an upgrade and Caeven helped us! Unfortunately half way through we found out that the $1000 trade in deal was only if you do the upgrade online yourself. Verizon corporate would not honor it in store, which they should change. Caeven, even though he wasn’t getting any commission still walked me through the entire process online so we could get the bigger promotion. He didn’t have to, he wasn’t making any money off of us, but he still helped. Thank you!The time before this, we saw Cesar for an upgrade and that was also a great experience.I will definitely be back to this store again!

Worst experience so far ordered 4 phones order was completed and finalized by 12:30pm it is now 10:45pm store still shows pending. Store says call customer service , customer service says they can’t help. How hard is it for corporate store manager to see order go to drawer pull out phones but in bag and hand them to u? Never had problem in high point or Winston Salem or Thomasville. Verizon this is unacceptable

Filed insurance claim for new phone and was told by one store employee that i could bring new phone in for free data transfer. However when i went to store they tried to charge me $30 and swore they charge everyone and its policy. Both employees were very rude through whole transaction. So i went to graham store to see if i could get any help. While there, they informed me that they arent suppose to charge when its insurance claim. Needless to say i walked out of the graham store with data transferred, no charge, and actually got quality customer service! Stay as far away from the store in alamance crossing as possible if you want any kind of customer service

Melody was wonderful! She helped me get a new phone and case and also activated it for us. I have a visual impairment and she was so great helping to suggest products and pick out colors that would be easy to see. All of the associates working were super friendly too! Thanks so much for your help!

I have been at Verizon customer for 14 years and my wife for 22, today's experience was by far the best customer service I've ever received..Everybody in this store from Samantha to all the other specialists and other managers really talked me off a ledge from acquitting Verizon today.. If anybody wants good customer service I recommend they go here.. they all go above and beyond

Terrible service from this location every time I go there. Staff is very unhelpful and if you need technical help with a phone they ALWAYS tell you to call Verizon because they refuse to help you because they are not making money. Staff got really smart Alec with me and then tried to throw me out of the store when I returned the favor. Bunch of unprofessional hacks at best. I’ve been a loyal customer since early nineties but will cancel as soon as the contract is up. This place should be closed down by corporate.

I used to go here years ago when I needed a phone upgrade never had a problem. I just went recently to upgrade to a 14plus. Had to call Verizon's customer service for help after seeing on my bill that a whole new line was added and insurance was added. For a total of $133 that's on top of me still paying for my original number. Customer service said they do that at the stores-add different phone numbers and insurance to get extra commission. Are you kidding me!!! So my Verizon bill was over double because of it. Will never go back to this Verizon location again!

I always have the worst experience at this store and they've never been helpful. I just recently got the new iPhone and decided to give the store another chance because I needed help. I bought the phone from the Apple Store and just needed my service transferred over to the new phone. I called this store to ask if they were able to do that and they said they could but probably not that night since they were very busy and to try again tomorrow. I completely understood and said I'll be there in the morning and I started to ask some follow up questions about what was needed. Instead of answering me, the employee cut me off by hanging up on me. And with that, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I'm going to give the store and in particular the store manager 5 stars, I would give his name but I didn't ask so I'm not. He went above and beyond to try and help fix what the horrendous 6hr ordeal that Verizon tech and"customer service" put is through after their tech people basically turned my daughters I phone 13 pro max into a brick. They lied and are completely incompetent, I spent over 6hrs listening to someone in the Philippines guide us through fixing a problem that didn't even exist( it was actually an outage in our area) but their tech people led us down a rabbit hole with her phone, lied to us saying they backed her phone up, we need to do this and that. The end result was a 14yr old girl lost everything on her phone. (FYI DON'T LET TECH PEOPLE FROM VERIZON TELL YOU THEY CAN SEE I CLOUD MATERIAL, IT IS A COMPLETE FABRICATION , VERIFIED BY ACTUAL APPLE TECH SERVICE, THEY CAN ONLY SEE ANDROID AND GOOGLE STUFF)Anyway after destroying her phone the great people in this corporate store spent 2 hrs with us resolving the problem that could have been handled by customer service over the phone in 30 minutes. Do not waste your time on the phone, you will get no where, they have the worst customer service reps in any business and a complete waste of time and money.Kudos to this stores team and manager.
