“This is a No B.S. review. Let me tell you that my Life might have been saved By Jonas at the vitamin shoppe. I’m very serious about that statement. Like most guys who are trying to get their former 21 year old body back in their 50s I listen to the side bar talk of what can assist you along that nearly impossible journey. And I bought a gang of stuff from the vitamin shoppe. Just on hearsay. But with my inadequacies with these products I figured I’d call and ask questions hiding my face, embarrassment and unknown fears behind the phone. Jonas answered at the Burlington store, he put me on hold helped a customer picked the phone up apologizing for the delay. I told him what I had bought from the vitamin shoppe 5 items and 1 from another place. He knew immediately what came from his store and what came from somewhere else. I thought ok this guy knows his store merchandise. But more than that he knew the ingredients in each product, the amount of safe and healthy way to use each product. He kept it simple so could understand what he was saying. His big thing was safe usage. He wasn’t trying to sell me stuff, he was making sure as a newbie I was safe dosing the correct milligrams. Luckily for me because I thought I was supposed to load one of the products with a warning label of HIGH-STIMULANT by taking 3 or 4 scoops each prework-out. this product wasn’t one of the ones you load up on it only calls for 1 scoop a day. the amount of caffeine in those 3 scoops might’ve gave me a heart attack or worse.!his knowledge I promise you more than likely saved my life. I then asked him some questions that u could only be comfortable asking another guy. And he knew the answers and products for those questions. He also told me that the company looks to hire people who are knowledgeable in areas with some sought of background pertaining to there job at the vitamin shoppe. He then encouraged me to look up and research the items myself so I didn’t just have to take one of there word for it.. hey GREAT THANKS AND A SALUTE TO JONAS!!! And the STAFF @ the VITAMIN SHOPPE IN BURLINGTON NC.Best Customer Service ever.P.S. ANY V.P.s , DISTRICT MANAGERS ETC This IS WHAT BONUSES ARE FOR RAISES.Matter of Fact every one that visits the store let’s ask each time we go in did the VITAMIN SHOPPE GIVE JONAS A RAISE AND OR PROMOTION/ BONUS.. Let’s back good customer service in our Community.. cause it’s so hard to find good customer service these days, and we all know this!!”
