Horrible. When I first started going there years ago it was ok . But here recently it's Horrible they don't answer the phone and they never received my prescriptions. Dr sent it 3 times they still don't have it . I will never go there again .

The experience I had today for my pickup was by far the worst and most horrifying experience I've ever found at any retailer. I placed an order on Friday 10/21 to pickup curbside at 3:00PM (during my lunch break at work). I was informed at that time that my order was delayed. That's understandable, things happen. What's not understandable is the experience I had once I arrived hours later. I was informed that my order was finally ready at about 5:30PM, so I stepped away from my work in hopes to quickly pick up my order and get back to work. I checked in at 5:53PM in spot 7 and waited until after 6:30PM, with nobody coming to my car with any update whatsoever. I then left because I still had to get back to work, and returned to curbside after I finished work shortly following 7:00PM. I then sat once more in the parking lot until after 8:00PM. I called the Customer Service line who told me I should speak to an on-site manager in which I did. The manager was very understanding and informed me of the very outrageous situation workers were being put through over in curbside and suggested I approach a curbside member to ask about my order. Upon doing so, I met two hardworking younger guys who ensured I was taken care of, and acknowledged that I had in fact been waiting in total for almost 3 hours. I spoke with one of them to discover the horrible work conditions he was being put through this evening, which included angry customers telling him to clock out so they could FIGHT him! This was by far the most outrageous, and down-right disgusting experience I've seen in a retail environment at no blame of the workers on site. This is a much bigger issue at hand that I found myself at the base of this evening, wasting multiple hours of my day and even missing part of work to go through. With all that being said, I have absolutely lost all respect for Walmart as an entity. Seeing these unacceptable conditions first hand when I originally was meant to pick up a simple curbside order hours before was down-right traumatizing. I will be making awareness of this experience and warning young people of the dangers that come with working at Walmarts like this.

parking lot is always full of beggar. It gives this place a Third World feel. Feels unsavory and dangerous, which is why I don't go there. Ghetto.

received email that groceries ready for pick up...when I arrived I called the check in number at least a dozen times only to get the recording...then was told after on site 15 minutes groceries coming out..2 cars arrived well after I arrived and their groceries came out 5 minutes and another 7 minutes after they arrived..I was there a total of 40 minutes..I don't think this was walmart's best effort!! A few months ago I waited over 1 hour never again!!

I needed to get my Mucinex-D Max Strength & wanted the Equate equal, but they didn't have it. I asked 1st IF they had Mucinex-D Max Strength & she said, I'll have to send someone out front. I stopped her & said, NO it's the 1 we have to sign for. Irritated sounding she said, let me walk over there & I nicely said thank you & she said they had it. Well, last time they didn't & I had to drive 15 to 16 miles to Mebane to that store to get it. But, when I got there they told me they had the Equate 1 & I asked her to please look at both to make sure it had the same ingredients. It did & I got the generic for $12 less! Today, I had 1 left & needed to get it again & the Garden Rd Walmart only had the name brand 1! I asked if they would order the generic Equate 1 & she said, not nicely, that they would, but they had to take what they sent to them. I knew that might not be right so when I drove to Mebane again, I asked them & they all spoke up & said NO! Which I already knew that. I live appx 1-2 miles from the Garden Rd Walmart, but may not go there much more! I don't remember her name, unfortunately & those that I know there, are always nice, but this lady was NOT! AARRGGHH!

The staff there do not enforce to wear facial masks. Probably gonna be the next epicenter of coronavirus. Just ran in for two essential items n caught many entitled people walking around without masks. I won't be going to this walmart anytime soon. If you have a compromised immune system avoid this walmart. Walmart obviously shows no concern for the compromised

I understand the cautions needed for the COVID 19, but to have only one entrance that is also the exit way down from the pharmacy end is so wrong for us seniors esp. on senior day. Some of us have a hard time getting around with painful arthritis but not enough to use a motorized scooter. So, it was a real chore to enter through grocery end, walk to the other end to get my prescription, then back down to the grocery end, and out to the car. A lot of walking for a senior. Since masks are required, I don't understand the one entrance/one exit thing.

For the first time last week, I decided to take advantage of the delivery service that the pharmacy now offers, why not...I qualify. Spoke with Casey (K), not sure how it's spelled. He took my order, including my credit card number and told me if there was any problem that I would get a call, if not my prescription would be fed ex that day (Tuesday) or the following day. Never received a call, so I assumed my prescription was processed and on it's way. I called the pharmacy on Saturday to find out that my prescription hadn't been mailed and it would go out on Monday! There was no explanation, but the young lady gave me lots of "I'm sorries". So on my lunch, I made a trip to walmart (4th of July) and asked again, what was the problem, no one had an answer, so I asked if there was someone here named Casey....and yes Casey was there, but did not come to the register to speak to me, but stayed behind the pharmacy counter, only to tell me he didn't know why it didn't go out, and again...I'm sorry. My question to him was, what happened to all of my credit card information that was taken over the phone, since it wasn't used to process/mail out my prescription. He assured me, along with the young lady at the register that everything gets shredded. No one could tell me what went wrong, or what would be done differently, if I opt to use this service again. So yes, I have experienced better....at least an explanation. What an inconvenience, which using your delivery service should have been a convenience. Janice Williams
