The bankers in the offices exhibit professionalism and courtesy, providing a pleasant experience. However, the hosting employee displayed immaturity and rudeness, adopting a condescending and uncommunicative demeanor.

Don't waist your gas, time, or energy!!! After my account of 20yrs being a WOMAN, Independent Contractor was hacked for the umpteenth Time,,I'm done with them. Not only do they not issue a temporary debit card anymore,,they told me at 3am Oct 1st being stranded in Greenville,AL at a Circle K because someone hacked my account yet again without there Fraud department catching it,,once again me. I have used there banking App every since it came out many many years ago, yet not one banker in Alabama, Georgia, and 4 different branches in Greensboro, and Reidsville,,IM DONE,,ALL I WANT IS HELP, BUT IM Treated like trash after 20years... Every single brand I've walked into in under 2 weeks of traveling all over for work has had a long line of people,,one rude Tellar , and 3-4 bankers screwing off, eating, talking on their phones, or computer.,, nobody can help me nobody can explain why the app is not working even though I constantly refresh it I even deleted it. Since I finally received my new debit card in the mail on October 13th around 3pm, my Wells Fargo business credit card was also hacked, so now I can't use my APP for anything, I'm locked out, and no BANKER WILL EXPLAIN, HELP, OR LISTEN TO A WOMAN!!!!

if you are considering a institution for your financial needs, and you would like to have good customer service, you might want to go elsewhere. I banked with them for over 9yrs and never really needed anything outside of the realm the usual, Until I had fraudulent charges on my account. I went to two of thier branches, the first was polite and professional, but explained they were short staffed, and I'd need to come back later that day, no big deal I would just go to another branch. The south church street branch. I spoke with a young lady banker who instantly tried to resist helping me because there was literally one person ahead of me that was opening an account and I said I'd wait because I wanted to deal with a person. While waiting another manager banker came and again tried to pass me off on an 800 number to get me out of there. I asked him, could he not help me, and again he attempted to pass me off on a 800 number, offering me no service because they were "understaffed" It was around 11:30, I felt it might have been close to lunch time for them and that’s where the reluctance came in perhaps? In short if you want service in times of uncertainty or theft, bank with a different bank that has adequate staff, and maybe some that give a rip. Almost ten years with these guys and this is the treatment I receive, maybe this helps someone.

I've always gotten great service at this Wells Fargo. Whether it's inside or even the drive-thru. They're always courteous and helpful.

Great experience. I accidentally left my card in the ATM and when I called one of the reps at the location was able to assist me. I got my card back just a few minutes later after someone had turned it in.

Awful experience. I was refused to be let in the bank without an extensive reason for being there due to corona outbreak, told to go around to drive through and forced to sit in line for 30 mins for no reason. Staff was unhelpful and Wells Fargo posts nothing on their page notifying people of obstacles prior nor are their any signs. Likely to switch banks from yet another awful experience with this company.
