I stopped by to take a look at a canyon at4. Robby was my salesman he was friendly and helpful throughout the process. He introduced me to parts and service and has followed up after the sale to make sure I'm still good with everything.

I took my envoy because my headlights would not come on. The first time I got a quote $900 they said I needed a alternator and new battery cables. I denied the service because my husband put on a new alternator. That did not fix lights. So I called back a few months later to get a quote for the new battery cables and received a quote for $1000. I asked if I paid $1000 and the lights still did not work would I have to pay more and they said yes.I took my envoy to bp in mebane and they said I had 4 blown low beam and high beam bulbs and it cost me $120. These people were definitely trying to rip me off. I do not recommend this place!!

I scheduled a service appointment for an oil change, inspection and to address two issues (Apple car play not working and service park assist light). Neither of the issues were fixed or even looked at in my opinion. Both were written off as nothing found but my Apple car play still does not work and as soon as I pulled in my garage the service park assist light came on. I addressed my frustration at the dealership when I picked it up as nobody called to discuss anything with me until 3:00 and at that point it was just the Acadia is ready. The car was sitting in the lot by 12:00 but kept all day. I called back and have scheduled another appointment for next week to bring the car back again which takes time out of a busy schedule to fix something that I made an appointment for and left it already. I received little to no empathy nor an apology for the way things were handled. There was also a recommended maintenance printed out and given to me for my car being over 45,000 miles but again nobody called or asked if I’d like those things done. I choose to have service done at the dealership in hopes to receive top notch work but what I received yesterday was far less than. I hope that my appointment Tuesday will go better and all issues addressed professionally and fixed. This is not the first time we have received less than service at this location and I hope to see that improve in the future.

I bought my 2014 Yukon Denali new from Westcott Buick in 2014 and have had it serviced there for all service, oil changes and repairs, This is the worst experience I have ever had. The service technician must be nasty as he left oil and grease all inside of my vehicle. Also They scratched the paint on my car underneath my front headlight when they changed a bulb in my headlight. The car was dropped off with correct tire pressure in all tires but when I picked it up it only had 26 lbs of pressure in the back left tire. I usually buy a new car every 10 years and i am coming up on the time to purchase a new one. You can bet your last dollar I will not get my car serviced there again after 10 years of having them do all my service work. You have also lost the sale of a new vehichle as I buy from someone who can service the vehicle properly. The technician's name was Seline. I got it off the oil stained work order attached to my bill when I picked my car up. Former customer. Ron Walker

The Westcott service team came through in a clutch! Check Engine light came on the day before I was supposed to pull my daughter’s HS band trailer in two parades, and then 3 days after that I was moving out of state. These guys got it in and did the service work immediately. Kudos to this team!

It was easy to schedule the service appt. An appt was available within a week of my call. A service advisor started the process promptly after our arrival. The waiting area, in the showroom, is comfortable. Dealership employees were welcoming and friendly with hellos and general inquiries. Service took longer than expected (almost 2 hours) with no interim updates. Cashier provided excellent service.

Very nice and clean dealership! Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, polite with a smile on their faces. Wait time was as expected. Waiting area was pleasant. My 2022 GMC Arcadia was returned to me in the condition that I gave to the service team....CLEAN! No dirty/oily floor mats! Would highly recommend Westcott GMC/Buick in Burlington, NC for all your car maintenance!

Always the best possible service. Robert, Phillip, Chris, and Mark are experts at repairing and care for my Acadia. Ted in the parts department has been there forever and the absolute best run parts department in town. Arnetta the cashier always has a smile and outstanding at caring for the customers.

First time I’ve ever bought a vehicle online. Chaz and Jessica were just plain awesome. I had to fly into Greensboro and they arranged a ride for me from the airport. My flight was delayed 5 hours and I was on a tight schedule. Chaz and Jessica made the buying process simple and streamline. No gimmicks, no fuss, just good old honest business practices. Very satisfied with my purchase and Westcott’s customer service.
