The hefty set guy at the desk is very rude but the owner seems like a decent person but that doesn't mean anything if the main person you're talking to is unbearable.

Extremely happy with the service we had done. We took our car to a repair shop because our air conditioning stopped working. They determined the compresser had a blockage and recommended we take it to Tickle Automotive. Tickle took our car the morning we called and had it fixed by the next morning. So thankful such a great shop is in our area!

Burlington Nissan and Google both say this shop does transmission repair. They dont apparently from what they told me.

My kid's car broke down and towed it to William Tickle Automotive. I worked with them over the phone to discuss the issues. One issue was resolved and the other was causing problems due to the 2005 mini cooper. They were not able to diagnose the problem because their software would not get a read. I truly appreciated them telling me they didn't want to just replace parts just to see if it fixed the issue. They only charged me for the part and labor to fix the one issue. THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL SERVICE!! If you're in Burlington, you will not get cheated there.

Not what I expected.I took my truck to diagnose and repaired since I had the check engine light on.I was told I needed to change spark plugs, cables and a vacuum pump replace since my trucks' engine idle was rough. Everything was done and I paid $550, two days later the check engine light turned on again and the rough idling came back and the engine rpm were higher than usual.I took it back and they say the could not fix the problem since it was probably from inside the engine and suggested I should take it to the dealership. I just paid $550 for a problem that was not fixed at all and now it's worst.

We are from Missouri. Our front driver's power seat stopped working. While traveling to Burlington on Wednesday, I saw this business online with great ratings. I called and they said to bring our car in on that Friday. We brought it in and dropped it off. Within a few hours our car was ready. Service was fast, great and reasonable. I highly recommend Tickle Automotive.

They have a great work ethic. You can take your vehicle there with the confidence they are going to do right for you. I took my jeep there to look into why the radio quit. They determined the radio itself was no good and they didn't charge me anything even for diagnostics, or the time.

The people at William Tickle Automotive are friendly and professional. I set up a day to drop of my van for servicing and they had it ready in 2 days! Barry kept me informed as to what was being done and how much it would cost. I also got to meet Mr. Tickle. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for good quality service with a smile!
