Not impressed at all by the woman that was working the front desk when I went in. I had a couple of tanks (20 and 30#) that I needed to refill. She acted like I was just a total pain in her butt and was bothered that I was there. Next time I will be going anywhere but here to get my propane refilled.

This company is disappointing, or at least this location is. I don’t have enough time to write about all of the issues I’ve had in the 3 years of service, not that it seems this company cares. It’s 36 degrees out and we are out of propane, it suddenly stopped working, but they filled up a tank a few weeks ago, so says my bill and the tanks gauges say they are not empty. But you can’t turn the knob on one tank, so I’m not sure what was filled up. New furnace, new thermostat. The only thing old is their tanks. Last year it was bad gauges and the year before it was a leak while I was pregnant. This time I’ve been hearing for 3+ weeks how they are gonna replace the tanks, then they send one man out, who tells me he can’t get the tanks out by himself to which I said well I don’t want to wait until it’s an emergency and I’m freezing, and yet here we are. So I guess their scheduler didn’t think about that. What’s new. Another company that takes your money and treats you like just another number. Finding a decent propane company out here is impossible. You’re better off with electric heat rather than constantly dealing with the headaches that these companies are.

Never answer the phone at my local office then it takes a couple of days for a callback. 'F" for customer service

Was a loyal customer for years but there service has continually gotten worse over the years. When I called to have my service canceled and for them to come get my rented tank it was my understanding that there would be no more charges and that my account balance would be refunded. Nope they not only kept my balance but charged my credit card on file for an additional 50+ dollars. Always thought there propane price was fair until I started checking other companies suburban out of Buncombe County is cheaper by a large percentage than blossman. And they give veterans free tank rental.

I haven't written a review in years, but I will share my experience. My wife and I were customers of another gas company. That company was close to our home, but not long ago, they did away with that location, so we were going to have to call a call center for service. This was a turn off for us, as we MUCH prefer dealing with local people. So....we decided to look around.When we lived in Asheville, we dealt with Blossmans on Sweeten Creek Rd.No problems. Immediate and complete service. No complaints at all.....knowledgeable and helpful and solved some problems with installation of a gas fireplace.....they went above and beyond.So....since they are family owned .......and have a location in a town not very far away.......MISTAKEMy wife and I have called there over a dozen times. More often than not, nobody answers....(yes, we called during business hours, and not during not). We even left messages with their answering service, asking them to call back because we wanted to give them our business.....Nope.We stopped IN PERSON 3 times......finally, they gave my wife some paperwork to fill out to make an account. We filled it out. I took it in to their office. The people there acted lost without a map as to what I was trying to do and how I got the paperwork.I explained my wife and I were trying to set up an account to have residential propane service with them ......(as if they have never done this before !!! ) They finally seemed to understand, and I asked them to CALL ME for further arrangements.NOPESo, my wife went there in person, nobody seemed to know what she was talking about, so she requested whoever takes care of new accounts to CALL ME THE NEXT DAY, which they said THEY WOULD.Nope. Not even for the next 4 business days.So, I called them this morning and demanded that they cancel my account and I have no need for their services.I went online to refill with my current company and they will be here in the next week.It seems in this case that the online company is much more in touch than the onsite Blossman company.I gave 2 stars because Blossman is family owned, and their Asheville Sweeten Creek location is 5+ stars.Burnsville? 0Excellent case study of absolutely nonexistent customer service/support. They are obviously too busy doing ??? to accept a new reliable customer.I see in previous reviews someone higher up the food chain offers an apology/explanation. No need..... I will not return to this website. I said what I mean and I meant what I said. I hope some one VERY HIGH on the food chain in your company asks the people in Burnsville location --- WHY DID THIS HAPPEN ? Why does a potential customer have to call so many times/stop by so many times/ request a phone call REPEATEDLYAnd you failed miserably ?Listen to the excuses, because thats all they are

Blossman Burnsville is THE BEST. They are a dying breed in today’s world - they give great service, help solve problems and are true to their word. We needed a new range and they were able to deliver and install a XLINE gas range to us in 2 weeks. Bobby, John, Danny & Eastman are A-team! We love this new range too!

I find Blossom Burnsville to be top notch in comprehensive Gas service. I was new to the area and converting a rental i purchased to my permanent residense.I called Blossom and they organized my entire tank install, running lines, and appliance install. They always followed through with everything they comitted to doing and were there same day if i had a problem or concern. All by the book.I met at least 6 or 7 employee's in the process and they are all genuine customer oriented people and good folk in general.Its a big company, but they operate like a small family business. Mark Roberts is the GM, and he runs a great outfit.

I have been a customer x 5 years now. Never been late for any payments. I noticed that tank tank is running empty and I am on auto-fill . I called and the lady on the other line was condescending, notify me that I did not pay for the tank rental and so no service. I told her that I never received a bill from them. She said the bill was sent, did not try to say the exact date it was sent. Did not even try to look it up first. I complained that normally the company will notify customer if they misses a payment. I paid the bill and then I got a letter 2 days letter notify me that I am 50 days late and I have 10 days to pay or else.This company gives zero customer service. This company lost its WHY. I do not need to keep buying gas from them. I will start looking for another company to service my needs. ONe that will admit to their errors, work with their customers. Instead of have been treated like someone who persistently do not pay their bills. If I were you, give your business to someone else
