Fox Country Store is a great old-fashioned store with a very nice selection. It offers an array of things including gardening supplies, work clothes, hardware, tools, animal feeds, and wild bird seed. It also has gifts, cooking and baking items, soaps, gloves, scarves, and lots of cool stuff. The staff is friendly, helpful, cordial, and effective. Many customers recommend the store and have been doing business there for years. It is a place to try to keep dollars in Yancey County.
