Ingles Markets is a grocery store that has a mixed reputation in the local area. While some customers praise the store's great selection, cleanliness, and friendly staff, others have experienced poor customer service, particularly at the deli counter, and higher prices compared to other grocery options. The lack of competition in some rural areas where Ingles is the dominant player has also been noted as a concern. Despite these drawbacks, Ingles is generally seen as a convenient and reliable grocery option, especially for those in the Burnsville/Bakersville region. With room for improvement in their app and search functionality, Ingles continues to serve the community, though the need for more competition is acknowledged by some customers.
Great store, fresh produce, fresh meat. Salad and olive bar looked amazing. I just wish the prices were better.

I Love Ingles!! Meats are the best!! Parking lot is horrible in Burnsville though. The pharmacy employees are veryhelpful but WILL NOT fill a prescription 1 day early.

Clean and organized. Self check out or traditional; i did traditional and staff were friendly and professional, helped with bagging.
