“I would first like to start by saying I was more than fed up and annoyed walking into zito. I knew my account had not been cancelled and I was still being billed after numerous attempts to close the account over the phone. The tenants I had were supposed to fill out a second half of the change form for them to take over billing and never did. Not only that they stole my modem and took it to their new place to use after being evicted. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the wonderful representation Taylor gave for zito. She was calm and understanding with my aggression. She managed to help me get the tenants to return the modem and even closed the account down. Whatever zito is paying her is not enough. The patience this woman endured as I irrately explained everything cannot be underestimated, nor should it be overlooked. How often does a customer take the time to write something up like this? Is this not testimony to her in its own right? Give this woman a raise. I would give 5 star if I knew it went to her and her alone, but I still have my issues with zito as a whole. Taylor just deserves some recognition.”
