“CVS had my prescription in “processing” status for days. Couldn’t reach anyone by phone. Finally went in there and turns out they were out of the drug. I was about to run out but called Ingles and they stepped in and filled it just in time. They did all the work to transfer the prescription which CVS did not offer to do. We were very grateful and really appreciated the outstanding service at Ingles pharmacy. Very impressed and plan to switch.”

“I am a care giver to my parents, and needless to say between their medications and mine it gets overwhelming. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond to help. For example, I just got both of them home from the hospital. My dad is bed ridden and my mother has dementia. I am also a single father raising two young children. Lindsey, Georgina, Kim, and Donna on their own found a care giver to help with burden. And Lindsey took on in her spare time to clean their house. They care for customers, and even though we as consumers can be rude, impatient, harried etc. They still deal with us with a smile and compassion.The crew at the front of the store managed by Kim are just the same. So take the time, even when your days is bad as it ever can be give a smile back and thank them.”

“Honestly I avoided this pharmacy because they didn’t have a great app, silly I know but I don’t like talking on the phone.Anyway, after reaching the end of my rope with the subpar service at CVS I moved all of my prescriptions here in a fit of (polite) rage.
