I thought I would go to Us cellular in burnsville and being local they would treat me right but they did not. The people in the store were very nice payed my bill went home and had a question called store in Burnsville they couldn't help me so I called customer support and they told me bill was all wrong over charged me almost $100 dollars and now I had to wait 2 months for my bill to be refunded they told me phone and the wifi router where free but I am being charged every month. And no one can explain it to me.
This not ok 😕 if you read this in burnsville store and have any thing to please contact me . Please do not do to other's what you did to my.

They where very helpful for what we wanted done and very nice and reasonable a diode respectful but spruce pine sucks do not go to spruce pine usceller they will not help u and if they do they will barely help u with yr problems

This place has greatly improved with new staff. A couple years ago I came in and was treated like I was an inconvenience just for walking in the door. I ended up driving to Weaverville to get help with my phone. Today I was looking to upgrade my phone and decided to give them another chance. I was helped by two women who were both named Ashley and they were super helpful, cheerful and efficient. If you've had a bad experience in the past, try again!

I cannot remember the names but the two that stayed over after 5 to help me with my husband’s phone was AMAZING! It was so cold and I know they wanted to get home.So very nice and willing to help me with whatever I needed and we had a few good laughs as well. Thanks guys!!

My experience at this place is....I had been a customer of them for 30 + years, started having trouble with my service dropping calls or no signal at all, this has gone on for a couple of years. I finally decided to pay my phone and my plan off and move to a different carrier, at which time, they put a lock on my phone and I was without a phone for 5 days. Every time we would go into the Burnsville location, which is our local branch, the sorry manager there would not offer any assistance and would sit and sing along with the radio, very annoying, I might add. I finally went to the Weaverville location where they gave me the customer service number that I eventually after multiple tries, got a person that helped and got my phone unlocked so that I could use it. I wouldn't recommend anybody go with US Cellular, and as I said, I was a loyal customer of theirs for 30 + years and that's how they repay your loyalty.
