This Verizon location provides amazing customer service with a knowledgeable and accommodating crew. Staff are patient, helpful, and very smart, quickly solving problems and performing activations in about ten minutes. Their expertise and thoughtful service are a credit to the company, offering great assistance for upgrades, new phones, and troubleshooting. The experience stands in positive contrast to other corporate stores and call centers.

Amazing! I wish I had called this store first before spending 5 hours on the phone with Verizon international customer service. 5 minutes talking to Alberto and he helped me so much to figure out my issue.
