We had an appointment to get my daughter’s nails done for her school formal. There was one lady working. She was in the middle of doing my daughter’s nails when another customer came in to get one toe fixed. She stopped in the middle of doing my daughters nails to go do the other lady’s feet. Takes 30 mins to do it and then tries to come straight back to doing my child’s nails without washing her hands… I’m sorry but NO! That is TERRIBLE hygiene and very poor customer service. We will not be returning!

I definitely enjoyed a great and relaxing pedicure experience. The owner also specializes in eyebrow waxing and tattoos. I highly recommend her eyebrow services. I always receive great compliments!

Very disappointed. They are only open 4 days a week, i guess they don't need any more customers. This was the place i would go.. but may have to change

Great service and great work! Love this place. The only bad experience: I had an appointment and when I showed up they were closed. I did not receive a phone call to inform me as I had an appointment and I'm a regular customer. I was taking a nap and set my alarm (it's my only day I had available to do this.. and my nails are about to break!) So I could have gotten a nice nap in instead of driving there to find out they aren't open. You would always assume if appointments are scheduled..professionally you should call them and reschedule asap. But that didn't happen. I hope they can take me in at 530 because I work in raleigh and I don't get to creedmoor until about 5pm. I'm hoping this will give some input for this happening in the future.

I recently went back to SNS nails and after trying 3 other salons, I have found the perfect spot. My nails are gorgeous.

I think this is the best salon I’ve been to. The people are so nice, don’t make you feel uncomfortable or judged. I’m really shy and anxious, and they were very kind to me. My nails look amazing! They took their time and I’m so happy :) You’ll see me in 2-3 weeks!!

The atmosphere was peaceful. They made you feel so comfortable and took very good care of throughout the whole process. I would definitely go back or suggest that other people go see them!
