“These guys are great! Brandon & Eddie will take care of you!! I needed a tow quickly, called them they were there in 15 minutes. Loaded my Mercedes Benz on a flat bed and got it to the shop in less than an hour from the time my car died! A++ company!! Thanks again Biggs & Watson”
“I asked on my neighborhood page and then I proceeded to check the websites and reviews for a shop that could give me city experience with country customer service. The reviews were correct that “EOD” is quick and efficient with vehicle inspections. I did not have to spend a half day just to get this done. Was in and out within 30 minutes (just like my previous Oxford residency). I hate when I have to select a date for appointments for a small task. I hate when shops try to keep me in the sitting area to justify the charge—as in: I always say yah paying for what I know!!! (if its 30 dollars for 15 minutes that’s what it is?and I’m a technician) I got to go in the morning hours, (and have the rest of my day for MY projects) on the city hilltop for my vehicle #BlackBaby’s inspection?”

“Great company !! They came at 3am in a middle of a rain storm to save my fiancé after his 18 wheeler freightliner truck battery went dead and his truck wouldn’t start. He was able to secure new batteries for his truck, install them, and get him safely back on the road. Not to mention he had the cutest German shepherd as his roadside helper. Will be keeping him on speed dial incase we ever have any truck troubles in NC.”

“Family-run no-nonsense repair center doing excellent work. They listen to you. Much better quote than I got from other shops and they took the time to go through it and explain what they intended to do. I fully expect an outstanding result and will update here.
UPDATE: Picked up the car today. Looks brand new. Washed and buffed out - ready for the showroom.”
“I was quoted $8900 for repair by Hendrick Collision and $4700 by AAMCO, but Anthony saved me THOUSANDS on the total and did an EXCELLENT job. This is NOT a bot review, he is the real deal. Before and after photos are attached (After photos are before he had his detail guy clean the vehicle).”

“Maverick at Chandler Towing provided
outstanding customer service. He was very
helpful, took the time to listen to all of my
questions, and understood my frustration. My vehicle was towed from a apartment complex that the company manages for towing violations. He was
patient, professional, and made a stressful
situation much easier to deal with. I truly
appreciate his kindness and willingness to help.
Thank you, Maverick! Sn: Maverick is extremely handsome Ijs 🤭”

“Such a wonderful, responsive team. They have serviced my vehicles since 2015 and have always come right away when I called, diagnosed the issue, made necessary repairs and courtesy look see's to make sure nothing else was soon to be a problem. Highly recommend this community home-grown business!”
