“This is the second time I've had work done here on my car, and honestly the paint work is better than factory in the places they repaired. The only reasons I give 4 stars instead of 5 are a couple dirty fingerprints (not a big deal, I'm a mechanic, I know how it goes) and the last time I had the car repaired, the blending on the paint wasn't perfect, but, that's me nitpicking. Overall, this is a great body shop and the staff were generally helpful and very friendly. Definitely the best place to have work done in this area.Services: Painting”

Family oriented and mentor.I was presented the opportunity to work with him with Taylor at the shop in doing so it became a learning experience for me he encouraged better customer relations while at the same time I was making money to provide for my family.....He will not allow shabby mechanic work to be done at Elite of Durham his ability and knowledge of Auto mechanics is thorough and and he is OCD WITH REPAIRS AND DIAGNOSIS OF TECHNICAL ISSUES WHILE DEALING WITH THE CUSOMERS VEHICLE.. “Simply put: Top notch honest service and care!Big thanks to this shop for solving a critical issue I had been struggling with an intermittent stalling issue for almost a year!My 2001 Corvette had startup stalling issues for a while but it finally completely died on me while I was driving! As I was rushing to find a shop late on a Friday afternoon, I came across this shop on Google Reviews and decided to have my car towed here due to the positive reviews. The team here was able to diagnose and fix the exact issue far quicker than I had anticipated.The team quickly determined it was a faulty ground for the fuel pump, which I now know is a common issue on these cars given their age. It was a great outcome compared to replacing the fuel pump and/or various fuel components, which was what I thought was the issue. Completely honest work and the car runs super smooth (even for a 20+ year old LS1)! I was out of the door only a few days after this critical failure with significant time and money saved from what I was anticipating.You guys have restored my enjoyment for this car and I will definitely be returning as a customer, not just for the great technical expertise but also for the friendly and understanding culture here at this shop!”
