“I asked on my neighborhood page and then I proceeded to check the websites and reviews for a shop that could give me city experience with country customer service. The reviews were correct that “EOD” is quick and efficient with vehicle inspections. I did not have to spend a half day just to get this done. Was in and out within 30 minutes (just like my previous Oxford residency). I hate when I have to select a date for appointments for a small task. I hate when shops try to keep me in the sitting area to justify the charge—as in: I always say yah paying for what I know!!! (if its 30 dollars for 15 minutes that’s what it is?and I’m a technician) I got to go in the morning hours, (and have the rest of my day for MY projects) on the city hilltop for my vehicle #BlackBaby’s inspection?”

“Great company !! They came at 3am in a middle of a rain storm to save my fiancé after his 18 wheeler freightliner truck battery went dead and his truck wouldn’t start. He was able to secure new batteries for his truck, install them, and get him safely back on the road. Not to mention he had the cutest German shepherd as his roadside helper. Will be keeping him on speed dial incase we ever have any truck troubles in NC.”

“Last month we were visiting NC from Martinsburg WV (approx. 6 hr drive) to attend a funeral. On day two of our visit, I was in a minor car accident that ended up totaling my vehicle. No one was hurt. S&S Towing got there quickly and took my vehicle to their tow yard. We were able to arrange going there to get all belongings out of my vehicle before leaving town. Once the decision was made to total my vehicle, I requested that they mail my plates to save us another trip to NC. Needless to say, they helped make this situation a little less stressful. I highly recommend them for any services that they provide. They were extremely professional, compassionate and accommodating. Thank you again for your kindness in our time of need. “accidently added gas to my diesel truck. called them up right away to tow the truck to a service center. was going to cost me like $2000 to drain, clean the lines, but the tech in the truck helped me out big time by extracting the fuel from the tank with a pump they had. took like 30 minutes total and only ended up costing me $100 for the service call. Super accommodating and helpful – don’t mind giving them a 5star review.”
“I've been getting used parts at Wagners for 45 years and they have always had the part's that I've needed. It's been so sad for the Wagner having so many family members pass away like they have. They are a great family to deal with and they have gone out of their way for me to find the part's at the lowest cost possible.
