“Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. They must of just had that one bad experience.I've dealt with this bank for over 10 years. The staff is great, friendly, and helpful. As far as fees, that's FNB policy not the staff, and is usually spelled out before you sign up for anything. And YOU agree to it! We all screw up, it shouldn't be the banks responsibility to cover it up for you.”
