Not only the best bookstore on the NC Outer Banks, but one of the very best I have ever visited, anywhere. BVB is a real, honest-to-God public service institution, making life better for everyone.

I love walking in this store! It has that soothing and calming vibe. I always leave with something; i.e., books, note cards, a Sea Bag, or a magnet.
