Pre soak is nothing like it used to be!Year's past Rinse, pre soak, high pressure soap wash, final rinse and done!Not anymore, as observed at most all carwash sites.Very seldom ever had to do more than described, had a black vehicle and whiteNever and rarely had to take a brush to the vehicle unless something really nasty came off the roads.Don't use the do it yourself wash much anymore unless necessary but will probably not use again.As seems the cleaning solutions have been very diluted and basically waste of time and lots of money to do those few simple steps explained!It's all I ever really had to do with both vehicles unless something (muddy tires, tar road grime etc.)BRING BACK THE OLD PRE SOAK!!!

I do NOT recommend this company. Even after pointing out areas not cleaned properly the employees did not perform to ANY degree of satisfaction. This applies to the Lenoir, NC location. I was defrauded of $55.00. Do not patronize these people. I was not able to contact corporate head quarter to register my complaint ..

Manual car wash is OK. Automatic car wash is OK, but several times the credit card reader did not work. Don't waste your time with the vacuums - several times they took my money and did not work. From now on, I will go to Tidal Wave in Lenoir.

As advertised. Clean facility. I wash my vehicles here by myself, not auto wash. All washing tools work as expected and are in good condition. Makes for a good wash on the trip home due to the convenient location. One small thing of note is that it takes a bit of time for a card to process but that is a minor inconvenience at an overall great facility.

Don't use the brushes...EVER lol. You will scratch your clear coat. People don't clean them out.
