Came here for a few things on 1/16/25. I have never seen a DG as clean, neat, organized and smelling great (a clean smell) as this location. The shelves were stocked, the shelf tags actually were up in place and correct, there were no boxes piled in the aisles just a really good shopping experience.
Even the cashier was nice (and that’s a rarity in today’s retail world).
I will certainly be back at this location again when I am in the area. Highly highly recommend it, you probably will be just as surprised as I was ( and no, I don’t work for DG or asked to write this, I mean it sincerely).

The staff and management are all very helpful and take great care of this store. Never had a problem and they are always fast with restocking items so never any empty shelves.

Lots of basic supplies. Located next to gas station and Ace hardware. convenient.Friendly staff

Rude, not sure what the problem here is but they can't keep staff and the staff they do hire closes early and sits in the parking lot with their boyfriend. Not the first time, sure it won't be the last. There are several other DGs in the area, just drive a mile or two further.

Cashier has no problem carrying out conversations while a large line forms at checkout.

I went to check out and said "Hey how you doing" to the cashier. She snapped at me "NO." and kept saying this over and over again very rudely. Wouldn't say anything else. She rung me up, but i got a phone call from a customer of mine while she was doing this. I was paying on the card reader trying to talk to my customer and she was talking over my call (intentionally trying to get the other person to hear) saying "NO." over and over again. I did nothing to her to provoke this; she was just rude for no reason. Maybe it's because of the color of my skin, or because i'm a man? I can't think of any other reason to do that to someone. Anyways, i will never shop in another Dollar General again if these are the kind of people they employ. I get that it's a low-paying, minimum wage job and i don't expect the best customer service. But i at least expect to be respected and talked to politely if i'm not doing anything but checking out and giving you my money. I called corporate and told them, and they said a manager would call me back. Do you think that ever happened? Nope. So clearly they don't even care. Avoid this place.
