“Kelly at Starheel properties went above a beyond to help us get booked for our vacation. Very helpful! As far as our stay at 1115 Crow Creek Dr, it was just okay. It was roomy enough for our group but not accommodating as far as towels & wash cloths for everyone. We booked 8 and were only given 6. Luckily there was a washer & dryer so I was able to accommodate everyone. There was trash left in drawers, no dust pan, no can opener, there was an airplane bottle between the fridge & counter. Food left in the window of the master bedroom. The tv in the master has no way of being watched. No cable, antenna or anything. I did reach out to the property manager but never heard back. The cleaners left an envelope asking for tips, which would’ve been fine had they actually cleaned it.”
