“Shopped there approximately 1 month ago for the 1st time looking for a formal dress for a wedding in Nashville and fortunately did not have the same unpleasant customer service experience as others who reviewed. I would have likely walked out too. However, the young lady (formerly living in England) was a delight to everyone shopping that day and walked around helping all of us. One lady was steaming and prepping inventory. The other lady was headed to lunch but brought me a formal black and white lace dress to try on in the fitting room saying “it is gorgeous and your size”. She was right but too long in length for me. I shopped mostly on my own which I prefer, tried on several items and bought 4 dresses (casual and dressy). Just wish they offered bags to take your things home! Seems silly that they don’t. Will bring my own next time and look forward to a 2nd visit at Nell’s.”

“Nice little upscale type thrift store. Staff was friendly and helpful. They sell some clothing, old antique items, home decor, seasonal items and even there own branded of jar pickles, sauces and jams. All items in store are 50% off regular price and will be that through the holidays. Will likely change back afterwards. Yaw enjoy!”

“Really enjoyed my time here. Found some amazing Vintage pieces, collected a couple kick knacks and grabbed a charming painting. Prices were not cheap, but there are good deals to be found you just have to look. Unique collection. Staff member who checked out our items was very warm and I had a good experience there.
