“Shopped there approximately 1 month ago for the 1st time looking for a formal dress for a wedding in Nashville and fortunately did not have the same unpleasant customer service experience as others who reviewed. I would have likely walked out too. However, the young lady (formerly living in England) was a delight to everyone shopping that day and walked around helping all of us. One lady was steaming and prepping inventory. The other lady was headed to lunch but brought me a formal black and white lace dress to try on in the fitting room saying “it is gorgeous and your size”. She was right but too long in length for me. I shopped mostly on my own which I prefer, tried on several items and bought 4 dresses (casual and dressy). Just wish they offered bags to take your things home! Seems silly that they don’t. Will bring my own next time and look forward to a 2nd visit at Nell’s.”

“I love this store! The clothes are an upscale selection of beach wear, evening wear and nice regular wear. They have a great inventory of jewelry, purses and shoes. And also gifts and cards. If you want basic tourist clothes, go somewhere else. If want to wear clothes that you won't see on someone else at an event, come here. The staff are extra attentive and will spend all the time you need to pull together the right outfit. Their suggestions are spot-on! I drive down from Wilmington to shop here because of their inventory and service. Five Stars+”

“I don’t want to hype this place up too much but they deserve it. I went in with low expectations but found some awesome clothes, with tags on, completely clean for a great price. There was a lady working that Saturday who was just amazing. Immediately talked to my friend and myself about the clothes, herself and our trip. We live 2 hours away and we will come back with intentions to come back to this store. 10 stars. ❤️❤️”

“Great place to grab some souvenirs. They have an entire section of the store dedicated to items that are $5.99 and less. You can't find deals like that especially at the beach. Huge shop with plenty of options to pick from. I spent a good 45 minutes going through every other cute keychain, fridge magnet and mementos for Sunset Beach, NC.
The person at the counter provided me with souvenir recommendations for Kindred Spirits mailbox as well. Service was pretty fast and the prices were reasonable for the usual souvenir shop rates.”
