When we carried them to woods, both vehicles wound up needing just about $100 fixes (chaffed wire and overcharged system) rather than hundreds of dollars to replace a part that wasn't bad. They could have easily taken advantage of us but were honest and fair.”

While waiting, another customer engaged me in conversation, which distracted me from my phone. It took about an hour to replace the AC filter. Unfortunately, they did not turn the light off. I will need to take the car back to have that done. Overall, it was an above average experience.”

“Great people to deal with. I first checked with a dealer closer to home on a ATV, I got a quote, and thought it had a lot questionably high fees in it. Contacted Turner’s, and ended up getting an larger engine, upgraded model for hundreds less than the other dealer! Not to mention the freight and setup cost were less than half what the other dealer was going to charge me. I will make the 2 1/2 hour drive to buy from Turner’s from now on.”

I am looking for a truck and am hoping Performance can get the vehicle we are looking for.The only reason I did not give a 5 star is I found the vehicle and the dealership brought it from the other dealer. I also would have preferred to be able to opt out of the Zurich dealer applied treatment which increases the price by 500.00. I realize all cars on the lot may already be treated, but special orders and cars brought from other dealers should have it as an option.”

“Can I say the owner is truly an angel in disguise ? My teenager daughter just got her license a week ago and panicked loss control of the vehicle and crashed into her brother car. Sadly, I only had liability so all repairs were on me. Geico mentioned that Odom’s Body Shop was the closest to me. I called after hours looking to leave a message but he answered. I explained my situation and without hesitation he said bring the vehicle to me in the morning and I’ll see what I can do. Let me tell you, he did an amazing amazing amazing job!!!!!! Mr. Odom was beyond reasonable considering the circumstances, his time, courteous, and empathetic. Even if he would have said No he couldn’t get to my vehicle I would have waited for him, just because of his spirit. “Took my husbands truck in this past weekend and was there when they opened and was helped right away. Many places in Elizabeth City are closed on the weekend so ensure you have an appointment or are there early to be seen and serviced at a reasonable time. I waited just over an hour which didn't bother me because the work was great. The truck needed rotation balance and oil change cost just over 100 bucks but it drives so much better now. Its a daily driver from NC to VA daily and Im glad I went there. Great service.”

Here there by the law like they should be. And if you’re crying because the man tells you your cars gonna fail before he even starts the inspection, don’t cry the RACE card.
