When we carried them to woods, both vehicles wound up needing just about $100 fixes (chaffed wire and overcharged system) rather than hundreds of dollars to replace a part that wasn't bad. They could have easily taken advantage of us but were honest and fair.”

While waiting, another customer engaged me in conversation, which distracted me from my phone. It took about an hour to replace the AC filter. Unfortunately, they did not turn the light off. I will need to take the car back to have that done. Overall, it was an above average experience.”

Contacted Turner’s, and ended up getting an larger engine, upgraded model for hundreds less than the other dealer! Not to mention the freight and setup cost were less than half what the other dealer was going to charge me. I will make the 2 1/2 hour drive to buy from Turner’s from now on.”

“Monte was very good to deal with. The process went very smoothly, and expeditiously. Being able to apply a portion of he vehicle cost to my credit card was also a very positive thing for us. I am looking for a truck and am hoping Performance can get the vehicle we are looking for.The only reason I did not give a 5 star is I found the vehicle and the dealership brought it from the other dealer. I also would have preferred to be able to opt out of the Zurich dealer applied treatment which increases the price by 500.00. I realize all cars on the lot may already be treated, but special orders and cars brought from other dealers should have it as an option.”

“Took my husbands truck in this past weekend and was there when they opened and was helped right away. Many places in Elizabeth City are closed on the weekend so ensure you have an appointment or are there early to be seen and serviced at a reasonable time. I waited just over an hour which didn't bother me because the work was great. The truck needed rotation balance and oil change cost just over 100 bucks but it drives so much better now. Its a daily driver from NC to VA daily and Im glad I went there. Great service.”
