If you decide to use this place, I highly suggest you take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic shop/dealer to do an all points inspection after paint and body repairs. One month after complete repairs for a front end collision on my vehicle, I discovered both front sway bar links on my vehicle broken. Last week, GMC informed me I had an engine mount also broken. Buddy Gregory (via phone call, not email) told me sway bar links on my year/make of vehicle routinely break. I haven't found this research to be true. I let it go. Now, the motor mount. What would they say to that? I give them two stars for the paint and body (though they missed an area I pointed out) and no stars for mechanical inspection. I had my grandson and family in this car! Collision repair should be more than new panels and paint. I was promised a vehicle inspection once they pulled it apart and didn't receive it. My car was delayed over the weekend because they didn't finish detailing it on Friday. Still, I found bird Sh*t on the dashboard and inside rear hatch area and boot scuff marks across the door opening - some detail. Reopening my case with USAA. Not happy. Engine mounts don't just break.

Went to get an estimate on a car seemed high but I've never heard a complaint about Buddy Gregory it appears that is work is top notch and he's got good mechanics and people working for them if I ever need my car repaired insurance claim this is where I would go The mechanics head staff well Curtis and respectful I want the job done right this would be the place to go if you want a quickie you probably have to go someplace else but remember you get what you pay for

I was very nervous about my 2023 jeep getting fixed properly after a collision. The staff at Buddy Gregory's was OUTSTANDING! They explained everything to me, handled insurance, kept me updated and were so kind when I called multiple times a week to check on progress. I would absolutely recommend them to EVERYONE!

I had a crack in my windshield and a minor dent on the roof. I went through my insurance and they set me up with this body shop. My car got dropped off on 4/30. They called that day to say they needed to order a windshield and it would be in the end of the following week. I called Friday 5/10 and I was told it will now be in mid following week. I called 5/15 and was told the windshield was delivered today and they will have my car done sometime the following week. They never called to tell me about the delays or updates. It’s going to take them 3.5 weeks to fix my windshield and the very minor dent. Unfortunately because of the lack of updates about all the delays and the fact they have had my car sitting there for 3 weeks for a cracked windshield, I won’t be returning to them for repairs or honestly recommend them to anyone. If I knew it would take them this long and I’m out a car for 3-4 weeks, I would have gone elsewhere. But having the windshield on Wednesday and telling me it will be at least another week is unacceptable to me.
