I have been a pharmacy technician for 20 years and have never been more disappointed than when I got prescriptions and had them filled here. They constantly lie to me about their prescription policy. How do I know this I used to work as a technician for CVS. They are rude. Takes 20 minutes on hold to get a person on the line. I have been standing in line waiting for my prescription and they are filling medication straight up ignoring the phone. Don't even bother asking them to order anything for you. You might get it before running out of medicine you might not. God forbid you have a problem with your prescription they will flat out tell you that they will not call your insurance pharmacy help line to get a prescription paid for by your insurance. I have had to reach out to corporate several times to get any kind of help with my prescriptions filled because the technician and pharmacist refused to do their job that they should do it because it is in their job description and is the correct thing to do is take care of your patients. My husband is a veteran and across the street from the store is base housing he is going to make a few calls to other veterans and active duty and tell them not to fill here. They are very very lazy and rude.

Run, don't walk and find another pharmacy. Customers since they first opened and in the last few months everything has gone downhill. From taking 4 days to fill a prescription to now having to call numerous times to get a medicine that we cannot do without. I see it as a management issue, staffing needs to be increased so they can handle the workload. Was told today that hours were cut! What? With having more prescriptions from Tricare and hours were cut? No one should have to beg to get their medicine.

Annoying and waste of my time. Everytime I go to CVS to get RX the price is different from last time, always more, sometimes double. Using internet RX site cost is half what they claim my insurance or Medicare will be to me. Even then, CVS frequently won't give me this price

Honestly I've had wonderful service here for years. But the past month or so the Pharmacist decides if a prescription is correct. The MD wrote the prescription and she just misinterpreted it. And instead of telling me when I picked up my medicine she just decided not to fill itWhen I arrived home I only had one prescription and I should have had 2. I called and "tried" to speak to the pharmacist but she wouldn't let me finish. Interrupting me. I told her I needed both for surgery I was having in 3 days. She just didn't get that YES the MD ordered 1 pill. Just one. When I told her I was having surgery in 3 days she said well someone will call the MD. Well guess what. No one called the MD as I called the MD the next day because I had a feeling she just didn't care and wouldn't follow through. So I called the MD and they had to call her to advise her that yes the prescription is correct. Read it and fill itThere may have been a speech barrier. Not sure but she was very rude. They also do NOT fax the MD office for refills. This has happened to me time and time again over the past 4-5 months

My husband and I just got our flu shots. The staff was not only extremely efficient, but also very friendly.
