Showed up in person since they don’t answer the phone anymore just to be told they won’t fill my prescription until later, not that they can’t, but that they won’t. Its policy at other pharmacies and common sense that if a patient shows up in person you can move them to the front of the queue. CVS refuses to do this - said it would be tomorrow.

The pharmacy staff is incompetent and blames each other for not filling prescriptions. The staff is always running behind and never available to help anyone. I called for a prescription transfer multiple days ago and no one called the other pharmacy to complete the order. When I asked and said who I spoke to at the pharmacy the employee said she wasn’t at work and didn’t speak to me. The staff proceeded to say they didn’t receive any information from the other pharmacy. On top of delaying my prescription for multiple days I had to wait for hours at the pharmacy. Do not get your prescriptions filled at this CVS you will be extremely disappointed with the service and delays.

Worse pharmacy ever! How is my prescription filled finally after a backorder and then I’m told they don’t have it again. What happened to my prescription that was already ready. Had the text and everything. I’ve waited two months and the lady told me it was in the delivery and it would be filled. Something is fishy. Getting ready to switch pharmacy for sure.

I love all the staff in the pharmacy and in the store. They always greet me when I come in. They're always super friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone can learn from this CVS about customer service The pharmacist is super nice. Always very helpful. Very knowledgeable. The staff that works in the pharmacy area is always super friendly and super helpful. Even on bad days they lift your spirits. I definitely feel I'm blessed dealing with this CVS

Store hours state they open at 8am. Was there right at 8 and no one is inside to open store. Either update the store hours or open the store on time. Waited 10 minutes and store is still not opened.

Closed inside again at 6 PM even though hrs state open to 9 PM. Drive through 2 hr line. Explanation again as for the last 5 month now, understaffed. Walgreens and Walmart short wait time.

Ridiculous. Stood in line at pharmacy for 30 minutes without it moving or anyone at counter. 10 people in line. Drive through had dedicated person and folks got served. Aren’t we supposed to be saving the environment not encouraging people to idle their cars. Fully understand some can’t walk in but why do all drive through customers get priority and decent service?

I feel like this place has really taken a dive in customer service recently. First off, you can’t actually call the pharmacy on the phone (only one I’ve ever encountered that does this), they make you leave a voicemail and then they never listen to it. They fill the wrong prescription orders and then you physically have to show up to tell them, only for them to get it wrong again. Corporate CVS should look into this store because for once corporate is better. Do mail in prescriptions and avoid this store if you can.
