Food Lion is one of the best food lines in the Cameron and Spring Lake area. The store is always clean, organized, and stocked, with fresh food and fairly decent prices. Customer service is great, with always friendly and smiling faces. The staff is helpful and works hard. There is no long wait time, making shopping a breeze. Many would definitely recommend this grocery store.

I go shopping here every month and they have really good stuff the other food Lion on Buffalo lake road have certain barbecue sauces that they don't lol
