Do not recommend. Poor customer service. Also, I have sent 2 packages from here and they were both never delivered, nor could be tracked for some reason. Learned my lesson.

If you're looking for a quick and easy package drop off with the least amount of communication possible this is the place for you! I show up give them my package they asked for info I provide and pay I get receipt and I'm done. Easy fast service.

Absolutely the worst shipping experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.I took a package to this store on 2/16/24 and paid $25.51 for Priority Mail to ensure it would arrive by the recipient's birthday on the 22nd. (This was shipping to an address in North Carolina).For days there was no tracking information on USPS website.Finally tracking appears on the 21st, but no progress had been made on status and it was clear that the package wouldn't arrive by the EOW even.I called USPS and they stated that this package was not showing that it was Priority Mail, even though I had the receipt showing it was. Granted, she had stapled the incorrect receipt to the USPS tracking label she handed me and I didn't catch it until the next day. The receipt shows I paid $625, which I did not, so that was shady in itself. The USPS representative said that the store made a profit of my shipment, and she apologized because there was nothing she could do since it was not mailed at USPS. She suggested I call this store and ask what happened, which I plan on doing as well.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Horrible customer service. I believe their system is outdated as its very hard to get any information about your products that are being shipped through them. The employees do not seem to be trained in their system. UPS store up the road is a much safer and better option.
