“I had an excellent experience thanks to Daryil. It was my first time visiting the gym, and he made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in. He gave me a thorough tour, answered all of my questions, and treated me with nothing but respect.
What stood out the most was that he never pressured me to sign up. He simply provided the information I needed and let me make my own decision, which I really appreciated. He also had a great attitude throughout the entire tour—friendly, professional, and patient. Customer service like this is hard to find these days.

“Good hometown gym. Has all the stuff you need to workout. Free weights, machines, treadmills. Owner is nice and the place is clean. They offer tanning but I haven't used it. Price is good and it's pay buy the month.”

“First, I genuinely enjoy this Planet Fitness gym. I visit this gym all the time. With that said, I want to make a very clear statement about the leadership of this gym. Many times I have visited this gym and personally witnessed Mr. Dale and Mr. Marcus working to keep this gym clean and functional. For example, almost every week (at least twice a week) I see Dale checking the functionality of the equipment at this gym. He moves support benches according to their adjustment features to see if any connecting pieces are loose. If a bench has a loose connection, Dale will make adjustments to ensure the benches are working smoothly.

With regards to Mr. Marcus, I consistently see him cleaning this gym. I am not exactly sure of the titles or positions of these two employees, but they both work very hard whenever I see them at this Sanford gym. I can tell they both care about their roles as PF employees. If there is one thing I ask from the senior management (or PF gym owner), I ask that they take time to reward these two employees for their professionalism and dedication to this business. It is rare to have one employee demonstrate such measures of professionalism, to have two employees mirror each other and compliment each other in the interest of this business and its gym members, is very rare. Please acknowledge and reward these two gentlemen for their strong work ethics and professionalism.”

“Best option for serious lifters (bodybuilding/powerlifting) in sanford. Membership is a little pricey for a local but if lifting is a priority, it’s worth every penny. Great life fitness/hammer strength machines, great vibes, posing room in bathroom area, sauna etc. Meets all your needs.”

“I like it here because it's a lot less people in here and the equipments are a bit advanced. It has a infrared sauna, hydrobed massage and it can track where I am at physically.”
