The front desk lady was very nice and professional, she scheduled me an oil change appointment.
When it came down to the appointment, I arrived 10 min early, and a phone call came in. She was on the phone nonstop for 15 min…
I understand that computers are slow, and there are lingering customers on phone - but take care of those in FRONT of you - especially when there’s an appointment to be met (and checked me in late). Or ask for help from the back, or ask the customer on the phone to wait… but this serves a learning lesson to please apply common sense and courtesy for in-person paying customers.
Also, please don’t quote and under deliver. Letting someone know “about 20 min” to an hour is a vast difference. I can understand a grace period of 10-15min over, but an hour?! I might as well bring my lunch next time.
I do appreciate honoring the military, so I will give them another opportunity.

The staff and mechanics at the Harrell's location on Buffalo Lakes Road really took good care of my son's vehicle this past Saturday and we're grateful for their hospitality and expertise. His vehicle is doing great and we look forward to our next visit to this location.

$1250 for brake replacement and they charged me to rotate my tires, even though they were already removing my tires to replace the brakes. Complete BS!
With military discount, it deducted $100. Really? That’s it. Shame! ALSO the parts are AFTERMARKET - not even top of the line… for that price?!
Do NOT get costly repairs done here, you’ll regret it!

Came in for a state inspection by appointment. I was seen on time and was out in about 30 minutes. Service was excellent and quick! I will use them again.

Been coming here for several years and they are always personable and friendly and get you in with out much of a wait.
They are also good at keeping you up to date on the progress. They always go above and beyond, wouldn't go anywhere else...

I had a simple state inspection. I liked that they did a 4-point inspection of the car highlighting any issues of which I should be made aware. I believe they do their best to make things right.

They were good and thorough. I only gave 4 stars cause I’m unsure about the pricing, but the work needed to be done so no problems there. I will use them again because I liked how detailed they were with pictures and videos. Thanks guys.

Victoria did a great job of pointing out various areas under my vehicle that could become major areas of concern down the road. I apologize for forgetting the gentleman’s name who shared the tour with us👍. No work was done that day.

If you want timely service, don't come to Harrell's. I scheduled a state inspection for 9:00am. It wasn't completed until 11:00am. The only reason I could accept for waiting so long would be if it was a walk-in. It wasn't, I had an appointment and my time wasted.
My last vehicle inspection took 90 minutes in August, which I also had an appointment for. That clearly wasn't an anomaly either.

The people at this location are just awesome. I brought my car in with bad brakes to get an estimate and when they finished the estimate it was way more than I thought it would be due to other things being wrong with it. They helped me out with getting my car fixed and safe to drive on the road and they even did it at no cost. I will definitely be seeing them again for future car repairs. I highly recommend them.
