I can not say enough about how this child care center has cared for my five and half year old since he was 16 weeks as well as my now 22 month old daughter. They treat my children like family and that was what I was looking for. I can leave them there and go to work without having to worry about they are cared for. ?

I really wanted to like this place, the ladies seemed kind and patient but I quickly learned that Shamecca is extremely petty and only cares about money. I took my 4 month old here and for the first few weeks they refused to do any tummy time with her, she was ALWAYS on her back in a bucket chair not engaged at all. Her soft spot on her head quickly became more flat and now she has to be evaluated for a helmet. After two weeks, I found another caregiver and stopped taking my daughter to little miracles. However, they don't accept part time care so I had paid the full 900 (225 per week) for the month of August which means I was double paying for childcare since I was paying my sitter as well. Today (still August) my sitter had an emergency so I had brought her to Little Miracles. When I entered, the ladies told me that Shamecca was not allowing them to take care of her "because I had not paid for the entire month". I tried to show them proof since I had paid through the Smartcare app but they refused and told me to just call Shamecca meanwhile I was already 20 minutes late to work. Thanks for taking my money and refusing to provide care!

My 2 year old attended here for 4 months:Pros: I never feared for his safety, he seemed to enjoy himself, he liked his teacher, they had a really cute Christmas giftsCons: my son often came home talking about paw patrol and spidey, shows we didn’t ever watch at home, so obviously there is a lot of screen time. Never brought home any artwork/crafts. There were often times he would come home with bites, scratches and the teacher didn’t really know how he got them. They don’t send pics and you have to ask for updates. You can’t walk back to the classroom which may be a safety concern because the halls are so small with it being in a trailer, but it felt sketchy. I once walked in on my son hitting another kid and the teachers were pulling him back laughing and saying “he’s always trying to fight!” Obviously unaware they were enabling him. My son appeared my aggressive at home after attending here.Really it seems the staff means well but has little to no formal training. Send your kids here if you need a daycare but don’t expect them to learn too much, unless it’s the names of all characters in the popular tv shows. It’s good for temporary needs.

My son attended the pre-K program in 2020-2021 and is now in the summer program. At first, I was worried sick, because my daughter attended a public school pre-K program in Virginia and cried everytime I dropped her off. I am impressed by how much he learned while attending little miracles. I was a little hesitant at first because I assumed a public school would be more up-to-date on their academics but I was wrong! My son also had a speech delay, but was able to discontinue speech therapy because his speech had improved significantly while attending Little Miracles. The ladies there keep the children engaged with each other and with their academics! He came home every day with something new that he learned! He actually would get upset if I came one minute early to pick him up lol. He loves his teachers and classmates so much that he was so excited about starting the summer program! Also, Little Miracles went above and beyond with every holiday and even graduation! My son was beyond blessed with their gracious contributes! They would send the kids home with large amounts of goodies, every my 8 year old daughter would get jealous because her public school didn’t have extravagant parties like Little Miracles lol. And the best moment was graduation, they really out did themselves. They saved photos from everyday events and handmade individual photo albums for each child! They gave them graduation cap and capes with tassels to keep for memories! They set up a photo background for families to take pictures with their graduates. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for Little Miracles and their kindness. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!

Great daycare. Has truly helped my son flourish in speaking and other areas. Truly recommend them.
