We've been renting 2 storage units from Pierre at McStor Self Storage for a year now and we have nothing but great things to say. He has been very helpful with assisting us to find our units and when we call to make our monthly payments. He's a gentleman and very nice to work with. We highly recommend this facility for all your storage needs! We will continue to store with him for years to come.

Fantastically clean! Best maintained storage facility around for miles! I rented 1 1/2 years and never had a problem with water, bugs or theft. And Pierre is the nicest man to take care of any of your needs (within reason, of course)! Going to miss Pierre and driving to Cameron.

So I don't even want to give this place a star at all as we never even got a chance to put anything in storage. My husband pulled up to sign paperwork and get a large unit, as he had already checked if it was available. He pulls in and starts to approach the office. He was no blocking any entry way and there was plenty of room for others to get by. He was asked by the management to move the vehicle, which he responded with "I just need to sign my paperwork to put this stuff in storage but I can move it if you need me to" to which management responded that they no longer have the unit available. Too bad we will take our money elsewhere. I don't recommend as they don't really have any compassion or commitment to brining in new customers.

I rented my storage about six month ago and just cleared it out today. I have had nothing but wonder experiences from the owner from the time I came to them. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The owner is polite and super friendly. If I ever need a storage again I will definitely go to them!

I have been renting my unit for over a year and have never been more pleased with a storage facility. Pierre go's above and beyond in customer service and I highly recommend McStor to anyone needing a safe and affordable place to rent.

Rented a controlled climate unit for over five years and through Hurricanes Matthew and Florence with no water damage. I was very pleased with the condition of my piano, it needs a little tuning to the trained ear, but not too much. I felt my furniture was secured and no matter when I would go to swap something out, I felt safe.
