“These 5 stars are for Daniel. I finally put an old car of mine back on the road after years of being parked, and brought it to get a quick wash to remove as much caked on dirt as possible. When I pulled up, Daniel saw how bad the car looked and immediately got to work brushing and power washing the car. I didn’t even ask him to. I was surprised but thankful. He took initiative and went above and beyond. I felt special! He really knows how to treat customers! …Thanks, Daniel!”

“I went to the car wash today, because my car needed some relief from pollen and dirt. :-) I am disabled and in a wheelchair. The staff at the car wash, especially Ashley, went out of their way to help me with the vacuum and wiping the area is in my car that I could not reach. My experience at the car wash was amazing and the kindness shown to me by Ms. Ashley absolutely made my day. It is quite a refreshing experience to see someone go above and beyond to help others. Thank you, Ashley!!!”

“I had the best experience with Wayne at the auto center and just had to share. First of all, I ordered the wrong tires for my truck. I didn't even know I did until I received a call from the shop. I appreciated the extra detail of catching that and having me come in and rectify the situation. Not only did Wayne help navigate the 2 orders while they were at different stages, he was able to cancel, refund, AND take the time to prorate the tires through the warranty process. I rarely if never get that kind of customer service from a private shop so do receive it at a Walmart was extra appreciated. Never a frown or attitude during this process from Wayne and the attention to detail and RESPECT for others money and time is something missing from companies today. To acknowledge each order was over 1k and quickly resolve refunds is such a small detail many would overlook. I did not. With back to school coming and prices everywhere else climbing in cost, that really meant a lot to me. I will continue to return and work with Wayne on any of the future services that are needed. Thank you for getting my truck back on the road quickly!”
