This place is horrible. You can not make partial payments. They are not very friendly. You can miss a month but you better have enough money to pay for the 2 months. If you call on day 2 of missing 2 months you will be charged for 3 months. Just know they don't take partial payments. They are also expensive

Convenient location just wish they would not block the flow of traffic by having their Uhaul trucks sticking out in the road. They have plenty of space to park them in the back and not on the road. Asked the staff several times to move them back and sometimes they do it. I believe the one truck in the photo actually had the bumper bent out by passing traffic. Nuisance and a safety concern.

They charged me after I moved out. Based on the conversation I had with the rep they already moved someone in my unit (there was already a lock on it). After calling them numerous times they assured me that I’ll get a refund check. That was months ago and I have yet to receive any refund. I had to file a fraud report with my bank. Smh.

The staff at the Cameron location (Gina) is always super helpful and friendly. She is a pleasure to deal with. Professional yet down to earth. Even with an office packed with unit rentals and U-Haul rentals at the same time she handles each situation in a courteous timely manner. I also like the way the property is kept. Grass is always maintained and driveway is always clear of debris. Pricing is extremely fair for the area. I highly recommend this facility.

Was looking for a storage location close to my house that would not break the bank. After calling a few placed that did not have anything available or the price was out of the normal range, I called and spoke with Gina at USA Storage Center Stockade in Cameron, NC. She was super helpful and kind on the phone so a few hours later I came by and she was just as helpful and kind in person. She showed me around the property and I was able to see a few different lockers to determine what size was best. Once I picked the size I needed the paperwork took less than 10 min, they have month to month leasing and the first month is prorated. Everything was professional and they even offer insurance if you need it. While the office is open during the weekend and weekends the storage facility is open to folks who have a locker from 6am - 10pm 7 days a week and you have a specific code to get in and get out of the gated facility. There appears to be a lot of lighting in the area as well. Finally they offer a military discount which is wonderful.

Rodent infested. We rented from them since 2015. Went to clear the unit. We found everything ridden with massive amounts of rodent feces and 5 dead mice while removing our items. The owner is unfortunately, belligerent, and obnoxious. This is evident by the soft pornographic image on the wall in front of the counter. It's affirmed also by a very rude,crudely put together "note" to the public about attitudes and they can refuse services. Which is true. Every business has that right. However, the owner needs to eat crow on the note. She's extremely rude and unprofessional. I left a message about our findings. (Respectfully) She called this morning and immediately outlined that for me leaving items at the dumpster that it would be $75 and that they're not responsible for any damages incurred by their mice infestation. Please bare in mind that my familyandI have never had vermin, pest issues. Ever. No problem. I was taken aback by the Owners sole concern wasn't at minimum acknowledgement of what occurred and what she would do for other renters to prevent the same thing. For Jesus sake please take the $75. She then went on to say the following," if you can read" you would have saw that on our contract. I wasn't notifying them for compensation, discount, drama. Solely awareness of a problem. We're leaving. Fix it for others was my chief concern. By the grace of God the contents within the Unit were wrapped in the movers "blankets" when we moved here 5yrs ago. Therefore the excrement didn't get directly onto the furniture. These are high value, custom furniture pieces that we stored there for years. I didn't realize that we left our things in the care of trash. As a token of good measure she hung up in my face. At no time can she attest to anyone else that I was rude, disrespectful, raised my voice, used abusive language, swore or anything. If she does she can add liar to a horriblebusiness owner. Now that Ithink aboutit, it isn't beneath her to lie after the behaviour she displayed. I'm making several complaints to various agencies. To prevent me from taking further measures she refused to provide her name. It's a no brainers. It's public record. I simply asked out of respect. Please don't do business with them in any capacity. In a struggling economy, businesses with integrity and ethics deserve our support at this time. This business isn't one of them. Please understand that we have several videos and photographic proof of every iota of the statement that I am making. I store my extra stuff here, like Christmas stuff. I know that it is safe from the environment and out of my hair til that time of year. My father also stores his things in a separate building after moving in with me. Great price and close to home. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

If you want your camper stolen! It’s a wonderful place. No it not like it was a freak thing that happen once over there it happen for 4 days in a row. Multiple RVs were stolen. Did they do the right thing and deactivate the pin the person was using, NO!! They left it active and continue to let the person come in and take campers. I mean what do they care they are not liable. Yes the police were informed after the first one was stolen. No the police didn’t set up a “ stake out”. The company just left the gate and pin the thief was using active letting the person to come on Multiple days to steal multiple RVs. Did they even call to tell me what was taking place. NO! I found out second hand from a friend that they called about it.

Where to begin?The staff here is amazing! They always are straight forward and the dont put up with nonsense. I was pretty weary about storing my personal belongings there because it was my first time renting a unit; the staff answered any questions and conserns I had, and overall made me feel safe about storing my stuff there. The facility is clean both inside and out. I would definitely recommend using this place if you want a safe place to store you things and staff that genuinely cares about keeping it that way!

If I could give the storage facility no stars I would I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service I have been called ignorant and was hung up on three times for asking questions in regards to my personal belongings being infested with mice rats and roaches. I asked to speak with the owner, and I just kept getting hung up on. I refuse to be treated in this matter and honestly no one should. This is definitely not a place to have your belonging kept. I am in shocked how I was just treated. I will be taking this to the BBB I hope the owner of this facility becomes aware of this disgusting treatment. What happen to customer service and listening to a customers concerns. Absolutely disgusted.I will be contacting UHaul corporate office they should not have a contact with this horrible facility

We went through Stockade Storage to rent a U-Haul trailor for our current move. The ladies at the counter were super nice and very helpful during the whole process. Would use again if needed in the future. Thanks for everything!
