I love the variety of shops in this entire plaza but I've got to say down near Little Caesars and tropical smoothie whoever is supposed to be maintaining the trash cans they are perpetually overflowing onto the sidewalk...so I think you're easiest remedy is remove the trash cans. Every time I've come here for the last 3 years these trash cans have all been overflowing as you see in the attached photo.
