The whole thing was a little annoying a far as verification goes, I feel some of it was unnecessary but nothing major. We did receive the wrong equipment, we rented the $10 appliance dolly but received the $7 utility dolly. Every dollar counts when you’re already paying per mile.

I picked up the U-Haul in Cameron North Carolina and the ladies were so sweet and got me in and out in no time!! And when I returned it to Newark New Jersey, that was a suite attendant out side to assist us, which made the process painless!! Thank you so much!!
