Service was great Ms. Cassandra, treated me like royalty! I couldn't ask for a better representative. The last time I purchased a new phone was 2021. My phone broke! She gave me alot of great options. And I received a new phone,less payments each month, and transfered all my info into my old phone in less than a hour. I couldn't
ask for a better day.

This Verizon center is the definition of customer service. The service was fast, helpful, and welcoming. The moment my wife and I step into the store we were greeted and treated as family. The representative Tiffany Camacho handled all our issues personally and checked in on us after the service was established. I know there’s only 5 stars to choose from but Tiffany and the Verizon store deserves a 10 out of 10.

Good service, but don't get hustled $80 + tax for a charging block and screen protector you can spend $15 bucks for off Amazon!!! You also get a $35 device service setup fee...the help is NOT free. This is not the same as the other $35 connection fee- that will be on your next month's bill.
Last time I bought a phone from Verizon (Ramsey St) I was able to transfer it myself at home for FREE. You also don't get to just upgrade your phone even if it's been years, you pay sales tax on that lovely $1000 off they promote. Lastly, your bill will go up to once you trade in your phone. Say goodbye to the price you were paying for your current plan

Tiffany here was so professional and nice! She is knowledgeable and fast! She helped me upgrade my phone and add a new one with ease. I recommend this Verizon store and I especially recommend Tiffany.

Tiffany helped us with a new phone, new line, and transferring an existing phone. She was friendly, congenial, accommodating and made the entire process an enjoyable one. If I am ever in need of any future assistance, and I'm in the area, I will definitely go to her.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany at the Cameron store yesterday who assisted in the purchase of a new phone.
She was quite knowledgeable in setting up the new phone as well as answering questions I had. Tiffany has a great attitude and personality. I was in customer service for 36years and taking time means a great deal to customers such as myself. I must say our time was very pleasant . Thank you Tiffany

I had a great experience with Eric Woody at this store. He was very professional and thorough and helped me switch from an old Android phone to a new IPhone and walked me through the whole process. I’ve been with Verizon for 22 years and he was the best person I’ve ever worked with! Go see Eric Woody for all your cellular and internet needs!!!!
